How long are the appointments?
We will schedule you for a 1-hour personalized appointment where you will meet with our design team to collaborate on your project!
What type of jewelry can I create?
With custom design, the sky's the limit. Our custom team can help you create rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, cufflinks, pins and more.
What should I bring?
It’s up to you! You can show up with just your ideas, or you can bring along your own drawings, written descriptions, photos, Pinterest pins, and any personal stories about the inspiration behind the piece. If applicable, bring the old piece(s) you would like to redesign. It’s okay if you don’t have a completed image of your design–our sketch artist is there to help you sort that out.
Is there a cost for the event?
There is no added cost for this experience! We will be able to quote your designs during your appointment, and the prices are comparable to standard custom jewelry work.
What is the typical cost for a custom jewelry project?
Fully customized jewelry typically starts at around $2000 and depends on the design, gemstones, and metal chosen.
What can we do?
Imagine custom jewelry like a blank canvas. Get creative and tap into your imagination. This is your chance to create the pieces you’ve always dreamed of!
Can we repurpose gemstones or diamonds?
Most likely, yes. As long as it’s a quality, undamaged gemstone, we can typically repurpose it into a new design.
How do you know you will like the piece?
We’ll check in with you multiple times before the piece is finished to make sure you’re happy with it at every step of the way. First, you’ll get to see a professional sketch of your future design. Next, we’ll create a wax prototype that you can hold, look over and even try on. You’ll get a chance to make sure it fits comfortably and looks exactly as you imagined. We’ll only create the final piece once you’ve approved the model.
What type of metals can I choose from?
We can create your piece from the following precious metals: silver; 10kt, 14kt or 18kt gold (in all colors), or platinum.
How long does the process take?
Beautiful things take time! It can take anywhere from 5-8 weeks to bring your dream jewelry from sketch to sparkle. We can provide you with a more specific time estimate at your custom design consultation.
What type of stones can I choose from for my new piece?
Whatever you would like! We can source any diamonds, semi-precious or precious gemstones for your dream jewelry.
When will I see the sketch of my ideas?
