Free jewelry cleaning and inspection is available every day. A simple cleaning can dramatically enhance the appearance of your jewelry. While you are here, we will also check the prongs and structural integrity so that you can minimize the potential of a lost gemstone. As colored gemstone experts we know how to handle gemstones that require special care, as well. We recommend having your jewelry inspected and cleaned every six months.
Our goldsmiths can do anything from resizing rings to complex restorations! Our associates can assess your jewelry to determine what repairs are needed, and then we can give you a quote for this work.
Most repairs are completed within two weeks. However, we will give you an estimated time frame upon intake.
Appointments are not necessary, but if you have more than a few repairs to discuss we would encourage you to make an appoinment so that we can be prepared for your visit.
Yes, we recommend jewelry cleaning often and checking every 6 months. It's part of our everyday service to you and it's free! We can also recommend the best jewelry cleaners for at-home use if you cannot come to our store.
